Oversaw the final phases of restoration and interior design, including; coordinating trades, managing scheduling and procurement, supervising daily on-site operations, and reporting back to the lead designer while ensuring strict compliance with the archeological society, UNESCO heritage guidelines and local regulations. Ensuring the adherence to all design requirements. Collaborated with head interior designer Evi Savvaidi and local artisans to integrate modern comforts seamlessly into the historic structure. Key furnishings, handmade terracotta tiles, ceramics, and artisanal décor—sourced and hand-selected in Morocco by the head designer—were incorporated alongside the home’s existing heritage elements. Utilized conversational Greek to facilitate effective coordination with the local team, demonstrating rapid adaptation, precise communication, and hands-on problem solving.
